Open Question: Why do liberals misunderestimate Sarah Palin?
Well they're making a big mistake, because this lady has won over Middle America in a way no recent politician has done. When she speaks, the people gather, when she writes books, they sell out right away....so why do liberals poke fun at such an accomplished lady? Are they just being sexist? Let's look, Obambi was the senator of Illinois (now, we every know that states have two senators, so he was able to have someone share his work, something a governor doesn't have because there is only one governor in a state; Alaska is the largest state in America, whereas Illinois most certainly is not; What takes more skill, governing the largest state or senatoring a tiny state; Alaska borders not one, but two countries, one socialist and the other communist. Illinois does not border any foreign nations, so why do liberals think that Obozo has foreign policy experience when he never had to stare down the Russians or the Canadians or keep socialism from spreading like a cancer into our society the way a person who has to contain Russian and Canadian influence has to? Obummer has only two kids and grew up in a dysfunctional family outside the United States. Palin was raised in America by a normal family and has five kids, something conservatives know how to do. So it's clear who has the family values!!! Palin cares about America, spends her time in America whereas the One jets off to foreign countries like Kenya and Hawaii and Indonesia every chance he gets. Sarah Palin was a child - the article says "up to age six" - that she was making these trips to Canada. Sarah Palin was born in 1964, so this means "up to 1970". It wasn't until 1972 that the provinces and territories had arrive into compliance with the 1966 Medical Care Act, 1977 before a nationalized system had been legislated, and 1984 before the Canada Health Act gave Canada the system it has today. SO: 1. Sarah Palin never experienced "socialized medicine" as a child, in Canada or anywhere, because it didn't exist in Canada at the time. 2. She would have been ineligible to receive it for free anyway - and she is still ineligible. Americans have to cough up the dough when they visit a hospital in Canada, even today. What else can I do to cease people from asking over and over "why did Sarah Palin use Canada's socialized medicine?" or other iterations thereof? Keep asking the same question with multiple accounts, and I'll just keep on shoving the facts down your throat. I'm not letting you use this board to propogate outright lies.

Palin led her high school basketball team to a state championship. she has a bachelors degree in communications and worked as a sportscaster for TV stations. she has raised 5 kids, one with down syndrome. she worked her way up from city council to Governor of Alaska and Vice Presidential Candidate. she's a best selling author and has commanded as much as $100,000 for speaking engagements. so my mad, irrational liberal friends... what state did you Govern? what was the title of your best selling book?
